Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all daily operations within the Member Acquisition call center

• Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) and sales objectives are achieved

• Supervise sales supervisors and agents specific to the carrier and call center

• Train, develop, certify, and lead sales supervisors

• Manage the team's performance in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and taking corrective action with agents and supervisors

• Prepare and assess daily performance reports for the call center

• Collaborate directly with clients to resolve call center/member issues

• Ensure compliance through licensing, appointments, and attestations

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• 2+ years of proven sales management experience within a call center setting

• 2+ years of experience in Individual/Family Plan health insurance sales and Medicare sales

• Strong understanding of CMS rules and regulations

• In-depth knowledge of individual and health insurance plans

• Comprehensive understanding of call center technology, terminology, and environment

• Demonstrated success in increasing sales within a phone-based environment

• Exceptional verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
