This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate and engage with Expedock’s key accounts to gain insights into their business and/or supply chain operations.
• Suggest and execute procedures to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for clients.
• Guarantee that the services promised to clients are effectively delivered.
• Take responsibility for evaluating customer profitability and monitoring revenue losses from current clients.
• Work with the Product and Engineering teams to improve existing processes.
• Ensure that your team consistently delivers with 100% accuracy and quality.
• Train and oversee the team to meet service level agreements regarding quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop strategies to advance towards return on investment, profit, and loss objectives.
• Execute strategies informed by cost analysis and pricing recommendations.
• A self-motivated individual and a persuasive systems thinker passionate about operational excellence.
• Background in operations and account management.
• Quick learner with the capability to swiftly grasp operational challenges.
