Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

• Facilitate and coordinate internal cross-functional operational activities across various functions and teams to ensure alignment, clear ownership, accountability, and effective execution.

• Balance the needs of internal and external stakeholders by supporting teams throughout the organization while maintaining a strong customer focus to make sound decisions that enhance both service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Proactively identify and address operational issues before they escalate.

• Lead process enhancements that streamline workflows and reduce dependency on individual contributors.

• Ensure that system and process modifications are integrated into internal business operations with designated ownership and user adoption.

• Oversee and support operational systems, tools, and data infrastructure that underlie business operations and certification delivery.

• Guarantee data integrity, workflow governance, and optimal system configuration throughout the organization.

• Generate consolidated operational reports and business intelligence.

• Convert transactional reporting from service and support data into actionable insights.

• Assist in B2B and B2C certification delivery by leveraging Exemplar Global’s suite of tools, systems, and operational processes.

• Provide leadership for one direct report, encompassing performance management, coaching, and skill development.

• Enhance organizational capability through documentation and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in operations with a proven track record of ownership across delivery, systems, and team performance.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

• Must adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.

• Previous experience with CRM tools or in the association, membership organization, or not-for-profit sector is a plus.
