This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Enhance, identify, and implement processes to improve efficiency in business placement and tracking.
• Recognized as the primary contact for clients to effectively manage case activities, design, underwriting, sales strategies, etc., for both direct access and non-direct access carriers.
• Identify and convey carrier specialties to foster greater efficiencies and process enhancements.
• Engage in continual educational development across all business facets to bolster channel initiatives.
• Key contributor in recommending and proposing process improvements to identify issues and formulate solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• Deliver proactive customer service aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
• Manage and fulfill case management requirements for both light and full service models.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create campaigns.
• Support service initiatives for the Tellus channel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Proficient in using PCs within a Windows environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team setting.
• Self-directed with the capability to work autonomously.
• Knowledgeable about all business aspects, including case design, underwriting, case management, carrier niches, advanced sales, licensing, contracting, and commissions.
• Minimum of three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design, and/or case management processing.
• Proven history of delivering excellent customer service.
• Solution-oriented with a readiness to exceed expectations.
• Results-driven; ability to think creatively while adhering to guidelines.
• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management approach.
