Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from client onboarding to final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with clients to convert objectives into briefs, timelines, and milestones.

• Develop and adjust production schedules for editors and photo/video teams.

• Conduct quality control reviews focusing on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform specifications.

• Establish standardized SOPs to enhance throughput and consistency.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, meet specifications, and align with briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a creative agency or production studio, managing photo, video, and marketing outputs.

• Proven project management skills across multiple client projects, with documented timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

• Proficient in Monday.com (or a similar project management platform), Frame.io, and Vimeo.

• Practical experience with Google Workspace and macOS-based creative processes.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite post-production workflows including editing, color correction, and audio.

• Ability to provide technical quality control feedback on audio, color, exposure, pacing, aspect ratios, and platform-specific delivery requirements.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR).
