Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional operational activities within teams to ensure alignment, clear ownership, accountability, and effective execution.

• Balance the needs of both internal and external stakeholders by supporting teams across the organization while maintaining a strong focus on customer service to make practical decisions that enhance service delivery and operational performance.

• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they escalate.

• Drive process enhancements that simplify workflows and decrease reliance on individual contributions.

• Ensure that system and process modifications are integrated into internal business operations with clear ownership and acceptance.

• Oversee and support operational systems, tools, and data infrastructure that underpin business operations and certification delivery.

• Maintain data accuracy, governance of workflows, and effective system configuration throughout the organization.

• Generate consolidated operational reports and business intelligence.

• Leverage data to identify trends, guide decision-making, and proactively reveal risks and opportunities.

• Provide leadership for one direct report, including performance management, coaching, and skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree

• At least 5 years of experience in operations with proven ownership across delivery, systems, and team performance

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in people leadership

• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience
