• Over 7 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.

• Extensive experience in designing and enhancing operational systems.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.

• Experience in documenting processes and constructing operational frameworks.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• AI-First Operations Experience: We are specifically seeking candidates who actively leverage AI in operational leadership. Experience using AI for:
