Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the quarterly goal-setting process and ensure KPI owners are held accountable for achieving their targets.

• Manage all facets of people operations, encompassing recruitment through to off-boarding.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of eight individuals.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.

• Execute cross-team initiatives from start to finish, which include pricing adjustments and tooling transitions.

• Plan, allocate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and report on the progress of initiatives.

• Manage the operational cost structure, including vendor and freelancer contracts, tooling expenditures, and budgetary decisions within a specified limit.

• Cultivate company culture and enhance internal communications.

• Organize company retreats and facilitate workshops.

• Maintain the company handbook.

• Monitor operational performance and proactively identify issues before they escalate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Arts and Science degrees are acceptable.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Demonstrated success in a small company with a workforce of 10 to 30 employees.

• Exceptional project management capabilities.

• Native proficiency in German.

• Fluency in English.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to achieve results and promote a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Candidates must reside in Switzerland.
