This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the Principal’s inbox and calendar by prioritizing essential communications.
• Oversee scheduling and address any conflicts that arise.
• Evaluate existing workflows and create well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage the complete job lifecycle, which includes scheduling and dispatching technicians, as well as updating and monitoring job statuses.
• Maintain organized and efficient digital filing systems using platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Assist in the implementation and management of systems such as JotForm for team processes.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate communication with the team through VOIP calls.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations role.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, enhance, and streamline business processes or systems.
• Experience in creating and documenting SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Capability to work during AEST business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup are required.
• Training provided on ServiceM8.
