Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Prepare analyses and metrics for internal reporting to management.

• Improve business tools to facilitate process automation.

• Collaborate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, employing innovative techniques to tackle problems and address challenges presented by project teams, clients, and management.

• Execute project setup and maintenance tasks.

• Help maintain corporate data standards for the Project Finance team.

• Ensure data integrity within the ERP system: Collaborate with various budget standards to maintain data consistency.

• Aid in the migration of data into the ERP system.

• Reconcile data feeds across ERO systems.

• Conduct daily reviews of staging tables for discrepancies and work with relevant teams to rectify system errors.

• Perform manual data entry related to customers, projects, and employees.

• Assist in managing resource assignments.

• Administer timekeeping processes.

• Analyze operational project data concerning pertinent financial metrics.

• Generate internal reports from the ERP system.

• Provide ad hoc support for projects and revenue reporting.

• Oversee the timekeeping process within the ERP system, ensuring timely approval of all submitted time, including follow-ups with resources and managers.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and billing events, including the creation of billing events.

• Prepare support packages for billing.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.

• Assist with audit-related activities.

• Support special projects and perform other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an operational or project finance role.

• Preferred experience in process automation.

• Background in Clinical Research is a plus.

• Experience in accounting is advantageous.
