This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct Safe to Operate and Compliance Audits at the female Emerging Talent Centres and, when necessary, the male Academy pathway.
• Oversee logistics and operations for the PGAAC team in organizing and executing Club Audits for the Female Talent Pathway.
• Assist in the complete Audit process for Clubs and Audit teams.
• Coordinate and manage Club Action Plans, including their submission and review.
• Act as a professional front-line contact by communicating and engaging with Clubs and stakeholders.
• Inform Clubs about Audit visits, review relevant documentation and evidence, and prepare post-audit reports.
• Monitor the completion of outstanding Action Plans and maintain communication with Clubs and the PGAAC team.
• Update and manage the Audit Schedule in collaboration with the Senior Auditor.
• Facilitate quality assurance reporting and adhere to Audit report distribution timelines.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for Club visits and meetings.
• Assist with IT Systems management.
• Compile data for the Audit process and stakeholder meetings.
• Present findings to Club staff in a constructive manner.
• Proven experience working remotely and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in providing administrative and clerical support to a team, including ensuring accountability to deadlines.
• Proficiency in managing multiple communications within a multidisciplinary team.
• Background in elite sports environments, particularly within female and/or male football development pathways.
• Familiarity with development programmes for young athletes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong IT capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to present findings to Club staff in a developmental manner.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of values and collaboration.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills; actively seeks and acts on feedback.
• Skill in building trust, listening to diverse perspectives, and understanding individual and group motivations.
