This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, facilitate communication, and provide support as needed.
• Assist with various administrative duties throughout the organization.
• Participate in meetings, document discussions, and share action items.
• Aid in scheduling, managing calendars, and coordination efforts.
• Create documents, correspondence, and materials related to business activities.
• Perform basic research and keep well-organized records and files.
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and manage basic inquiries.
• Update CRM systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients about quotes, follow-ups, and general inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and account setup for new employees.
• Provide first-line support by logging and tracking internal support requests.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or a comparable support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and high-quality output.
• Highly organized, dependable, and adept at managing time and responsibilities.
• Confident in working independently, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools, platforms, or methods of working.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a solid grasp of grammar and spelling.
