Operations Engineering Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and continuous upkeep of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook, ensuring it aligns with operational priorities and maintains consistency across all sites.

• Lead standardization initiatives within Operations Engineering by implementing and upholding uniform processes, documentation, and execution models.

• Collaborate across departments with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering teams to facilitate the conversion of technical requirements into scalable operational processes and programs, ensuring alignment and adoption.

• Detect gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in current processes, spearheading initiatives to rectify them—enhancing operational performance, minimizing risk, and boosting effectiveness.

• Develop and oversee program-level metrics, reporting, and performance tracking to offer insights into progress, aid decision-making, and promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or another technical field)

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in the Data Center/Critical Infrastructure sector
