This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for the company's operations.
• Align operational execution with the overarching business strategy.

• Oversee the creation and enforcement of operational policies and procedures.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across the company.
• Design and implement scalable operational systems to facilitate rapid company expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying industry trends and advocating for process innovations.
• Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements while minimizing risks.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align strategies, budgets, and resources with the company's growth plans.
• Lead, mentor, and empower managers and department heads, cultivating a culture of accountability and performance.
• Optimize the allocation of financial, technological, and human resources for maximum efficiency.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance operations, foster innovation, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Proven track record as an Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager, or in a similar executive leadership position.
• Demonstrated capability to lead multi-level teams and cultivate high-performance cultures.
• Strong understanding of business and financial principles, with a history of aligning operations with company growth strategies.
• Proficient in implementing large-scale operational improvements and spearheading change management initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with executives, managers, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with advanced operational tools, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
• Strong grasp of client needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in e-commerce and Amazon services.
• Ability to anticipate industry changes and position operations to maintain a competitive advantage.
• A dual-monitor setup is required (with at least 8GB of RAM).
• Must have a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS.
• 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.
