This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer operational guidance and leadership at the account/divisional level to enhance Data Center capabilities and increase market share.
• Assist in data center business initiatives alongside divisional and regional operations.
• Deliver data center solutions and support new business transitions, managing complex engagements and transformation programs in high-risk settings.
• Propel the deployment of data center products and ensure support during post-deployment, including feedback mechanisms.
• Contribute to the strategic development of data center product bundles to strengthen JLL Data Center capabilities.
• Take ownership of all DC/CE managed spaces within an assigned area.
• Lead the implementation of data center best practices emphasizing networking, top-tier performance, program/playbook enhancements, and the Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for data center operational management within your designated responsibilities.
• Create and implement strategic tools and processes essential for supporting a leading data center program aimed at achieving 100% uptime.
• Improve market positioning through analytics on mission-critical applications and processes to digitize CE data.
• Develop AI-driven programs to leverage machine learning for critical environment data analysis.
• Provide consulting services to clients and account leadership concerning all elements of data center operations, management, account growth, and design.
• Oversee transitions of critical environments portfolios, conduct technical due diligence, root cause analysis, personnel development, and establish technical training programs.
• Maintain effective communication with both external and internal clients, technical teams, and OEM vendors.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data center operations, project management, and/or engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years supporting business line expansion within a rapidly growing market.
• Previous experience in P&L management is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of data center MEP systems related to operational delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of IT raised floor, co-location, hyper-scale, and cloud environments.
• Prior experience in developing mission-critical programs, procedures, and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems.
