This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the development and coordination of agreements for Lifeline Network and Subnetwork Centers.
• Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of subawards and amendments.
• Support and oversee the complete lifecycle of engagement with Centers and subrecipients.
• Participate in the invoice and payment process for subnetwork partners.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement and Compliance teams.
• Analyze operational reports to identify trends and highlight performance challenges.
• Coordinate efforts for compliance monitoring.
• Aid in the formulation and execution of operational policies and procedures throughout the Network.
• Organize and lead regular communications with Lifeline centers.
• Assist in the timely preparation and submission of reports to external funders and stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Engage in data collection and assist in the development of dashboards.
• Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge.
• Regularly collaborate with the 988 Network Operations team.
• Represent the Lifeline at regional or national meetings and contribute to the sharing of public knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program coordination, nonprofit operations, crisis services, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in working with or interpreting program budgets.
• Experience in subaward or partner oversight, including compliance monitoring and documentation tracking.
• Strong preference for familiarity with crisis lines, digital mental health, or behavioral health systems.
• Experience in collaborating across internal departments or cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, quality improvement, data/IT).
• Proficient in collaboration and task management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, especially for roles that support multilingual service lines.
