This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the annual review process by developing self-evaluation forms and monitoring their completion.
• Calculate and manage performance awards in line with regional salary averages; facilitate payments via the Workday ticketing system.
• Collaborate with regional HR and People Managers to accurately implement disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans (PIPs) for the global workforce.
• Serve as the main contact for "One File" evaluations and updates on global KPIs within Workday.
• Monitor medical leaves, "Leaver Alerts," and time-off requests, working closely with regional HR (e.g., Canada, Germany, Spain).
• Perform monthly and bi-weekly audits of local tracking tools for the US, Canada, and Mexico to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate hardware requirements with the Technology Operations Manager, schedule regional Learning & Development inductions, and conduct introductory check-ins during the initial 90 days.
• Oversee the "Project Hardware Matrix." For freelancers, ensure that all serial numbers, KWS tags, and return values are documented in contracts prior to shipping.
• Carry out all offboarding tracking tasks and "Leaver" updates for departing employees.
• Ensure compliance with specific regional legal requirements.
• Actively seek to identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks in processes and systems that hinder the team from delivering high-quality work.
• At least 2 years of experience in business administration.
• Proven experience working remotely and collaborating with remote teams.
• Fundamental understanding of social media.
• Exceptional time and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
