Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing the Global Portfolio & Innovation agenda.

• Aggregate and analyze portfolio data from various global initiatives.

• Generate regular portfolio reports and insights on performance.

• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking benefits.

• Offer data-driven recommendations to aid in decision-making.

• Oversee the central portfolio repository (SharePoint / shared drives).

• Keep governance templates, frameworks, and documentation up to date.

• Facilitate portfolio review cycles and prepare necessary reporting materials.

• Monitor actions and ensure stakeholder follow-up.

• Assist in onboarding new initiatives into the portfolio.

• Track benefits across all initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor planned versus actual performance.

• Identify and escalate variances and risks as needed.

• Create and refine presentations for executive-level audiences.

• Develop clear and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

• Aid in the design and documentation of portfolio management processes.

• Enhance templates, tools, and governance practices.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on process optimization and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, business analysis, or operations.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.

• Familiarity with multinational or shared services environments.

• Advanced skills in Excel (data consolidation, financial tracking, analysis).

• Experience with PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).

• Knowledge of Power BI / data visualization (preferred).

• Strong financial and analytical mindset (budgets, forecasting, variance analysis).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills in a global setting.
