This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of critical operational tasks including payroll coordination, invoicing assistance, and maintaining vital team and sales records, ensuring precision, organization, and timely delivery.
• Assist the sales team by overseeing the CRM pipeline, preparing proposals and Scope of Work documents, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new clients and advisors.
• Manage social media activities by planning and publishing content, overseeing the content calendar, and fostering engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Oversee onboarding and internal processes, aiding new team members in their setup while also pinpointing opportunities to enhance workflows and overall efficiency.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in coordination, virtual assistance, operations, or sales support roles.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a remote setting without requiring constant supervision.
• Communicates effectively in English, particularly in client-facing emails and documents.
• Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent), Google Workspace, and various social media platforms.
• Additional experience with international clients or in consulting, small business, or professional services environments is a plus.
