This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cross-departmental operational projects from the planning stage through to execution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Keep operational documentation up to date, including SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
• Generate reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and executive summaries.
• Assist leadership with operational planning and special initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to manage system implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations.
• Help in gathering business requirements and documenting operational necessities.
• Aid in the rollout of new tools and operational systems.
• Work with Procurement to oversee inventory planning, vendor performance, purchasing schedules, and operational requirements.
• Manage communications related to product availability, supply chain challenges, and procurement priorities.
• Identify efficiencies in operations concerning purchasing and inventory processes.
• Act as the main operational contact for designated vendors and service providers.
• Organize the onboarding process for new vendors.
• Track vendor performance against agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Arrange regular business reviews with vendors.
• Cultivate productive and collaborative relationships that align with organizational objectives.
• Maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations and communications for executives.
• Provide operational assistance for strategic initiatives as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in organization and project coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience with technical or software development teams.
• Background in supporting procurement or supply chain operations.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and operational reports.
• Knowledge of healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
