Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders from initiation to delivery.

• Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure production accuracy, timely delivery, and quality standards are met.

• Review samples, pre-production materials, and testing results prior to mass production.

• Manage logistics, delivery timelines, and payment coordination with both internal and external partners.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure a smooth resolution among stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, factory partners, and internal teams.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on complex or high-value projects.

• Work alongside design teams to validate files, materials, and production feasibility.

• Support early-stage project assessments, including cost and production constraints.

• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with manufacturers to attain target gross profit margins.

• Ensure pricing aligns with both company financial objectives and client expectations.

• Maintain rigorous quality control throughout all stages of production.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, project management, or a similar product-focused role.

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking abilities.

• Experience with overseas manufacturers is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is a plus.

• A degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
