This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of the GEHC customer service contract by integrating it into all relevant processes, including the addition, deletion, and modification of current contracts.
• Accountable for the prompt and precise billing of customers for both contract and non-contract services.
• Utilize all associated systems, including Legacy and Support Central, to manage and finalize all tasks.
• Address all types of work requests submitted to the department.
• Ensure accuracy in the install database by assisting the field team and external customers through phone and email communications.
• Collaborate closely with field service sales and service teams, service marketing, and commercial solutions to resolve technical and procedural challenges.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Support the timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes, working in conjunction with Service Sales and field service teams.
• Complete all required Quality & Compliance training within established timelines.
• An Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access).
• At least two years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
