Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the team assigned to you, which includes Analysts and Assistants.

• Strategically plan, organize, and guarantee the successful execution of store opening initiatives.

• Drive the management of key projects while fostering ongoing enhancements in store operations.

• Actively oversee numerous stakeholders, collaborating with order, product, contracts teams, and others.

• Evaluate performance data and operational metrics to guide informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate projects, supervising multiple workstreams simultaneously from planning to execution.

• Previous experience in team leadership, with a focus on direct people management and team development.

• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in data analysis (advanced Excel and Google Sheets, along with knowledge of BI tools).

• Generalist profile, capable of navigating various topics, areas, and stakeholder levels autonomously.

• A clear orientation towards customer experience, translating market demands into actionable operational improvements.

• Resilience and professional maturity to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment characterized by frequent change.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with the capacity to align interface areas and influence without formal authority.

• Strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of processes, emphasizing operational efficiency.
