This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Communicating with suppliers to obtain updates on orders and handle cancellations.
• Ensuring that orders are shipped and delivered promptly.
• Tracking shipping statuses and addressing issues related to lost, missing, or damaged packages.
• Contacting suppliers to check the status of overdue orders.
• Managing cancellation requests received from the customer service team.
• Handling FedEx missing tire cases and conducting investigations as necessary.
• Processing sales orders for locations owned by Tires-Easy.
• Conducting inventory audits and making necessary adjustments.
• Being accessible via phone for warehouse inquiries related to orders.
• Assisting our Strategic Partnership Director with the onboarding of new suppliers and other related tasks.
• Must be available to work full shifts until 5pm PST.
• Should not have faced any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, or performance in the past 90 days, and must not be at risk of such actions.
• Must be self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is required.
