📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting – create and sustain BI dashboards and KPI reports for various teams.

• Creation of internal tools and automation of workflows – develop internal tools, scripts, and automations to eliminate manual status reporting.

• Integration of APIs and business systems – link Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets/Drive, and other business tools to facilitate data movement and trigger workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or operations-related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain), or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in creating BI dashboards, internal tools, or automating workflows, preferably in support of manufacturing, supply chain, or operations teams.

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, joining, validation, and cleaning from diverse operational sources, particularly with Postgres databases.

• Skilled in using APIs (such as Slack, Atlassian, Google) to connect various business systems for reporting and workflow automation.

• Experience with Grafana is essential, including the ability to build and maintain dashboards for operational KPIs.

• Knowledge of at least one scripting language for developing internal tools and automations, with Python being preferred.
