Operations Attendant – TRO, Gamètì

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service to all visitors of the store.

• Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to handle transactions, including purchases, returns, and various payment methods (cash, debit, credit).

• Ensure a clean, orderly, and inviting store atmosphere through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, garbage disposal, and cleaning coolers/freezers.

• Restock shelves, label products, and manage inventory rotation.

• Assist customers with their purchases, including packing groceries.

• Conduct daily cash reconciliations and keep precise financial records.

• Aid in the onboarding and training of new staff members.

• Collect and transport freight from the airport when necessary.

• Perform additional related tasks as needed.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of effective time management.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• A positive demeanor with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

• Capacity to stand for extended durations and lift up to 20 kg.

• Previous experience in retail or as a cashier is advantageous.

• Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in the Tłı̨chǫ language is highly valued.

• A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required (Class 3 with air brakes is a bonus).
