Operations Associate – Graduate Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Visit newly onboarded repair shops in your area to help them get started with the Partly platform.

• Identify reasons why shops are not placing jobs through us and develop solutions to address these issues.

• Provide genuine assistance to shops in optimizing and streamlining their parts procurement process.

• Monitor and enhance repairer activity, providing feedback to the team on successful strategies.

• Foster authentic relationships with shop owners and parts managers.

• Share insights with the broader business to continuously improve our product and onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A recent graduate, whether from university or from mechanical and engineering HND programs and apprenticeships, who is eager to learn and engage.

• An individual with practical sense and the ability to gauge situations, as this role requires building trust with hands-on professionals.

• A valid UK driving licence (having your own vehicle is a significant advantage).

• Willingness to be on the road for most of the week.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and confident in working independently.

• Comfortable interacting with automotive professionals, which may stem from a genuine passion for cars, experience working on personal vehicles, following motorsport, spending time in automotive settings, or simply possessing the curiosity and confidence to quickly familiarize oneself with industry terminology and engage in conversations with customers.
