Operations Associate – Data & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the Flight Plan, from client onboarding to full operational deployment.

• Ensure that each client's Flight Plan is correctly established, maintained, and producing actionable insights.

• Monitor the health and precision of each client's operational and financial dashboards, which includes P&Ls, revenue tracking, and margin reporting.

• Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in a client's infrastructure and drive towards resolution.

• Ensure clients are actively utilizing and benefiting from the insights generated by their Flight Plan.

• Develop and sustain automations that connect various platforms, minimizing manual work.

• Review existing automations, detect weaknesses early, and maintain reliable operations.

• Document workflows and integrations to ensure the team can depend on them in your absence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and design tailored solutions.

• Experiment with LLMs and emerging tools, translating capabilities into operational value.

• Assist in creating AI-enhanced workflows that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support leadership in assessing new platforms and provide clear, well-defined recommendations.

• Document systems and adoption guidelines to facilitate team-wide rollout.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL (preferably BigQuery) — comfortable with joins, nested schemas such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data, and aggregation logic.

• Comfortable utilizing Python for automation and APIs, including data extraction, Cloud Functions, scheduled jobs, and ETL workflows.

• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying no-code or low-code automations (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) and familiarity with API integrations across SaaS platforms.

• Working knowledge of data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP), including BigQuery architecture and pipeline automation.

• Fluent in English and at ease in client-facing roles, including direct conversations with US-based e-commerce founders and operators.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.

• Preference for ownership over supervision and execution over theory.

• Capable of managing a comprehensive financial and operational infrastructure, which includes dashboards and P&Ls, ensuring systems are clean, accurate, and actionable.
