Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate task requirements and generate high-quality plans and deliverables.

• Exhibit autonomy. You will take complete ownership of your work and be accountable for every detail throughout the process.

• Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business professionals to devise elegant solutions to challenges.

• Quickly generate multiple ideas. You remain flexible, focusing on problem-solving rather than being attached to a specific approach.

• Actively engage in testing and ensuring the quality of our product.

• Plan and Execute. You develop a strategy and implement it. You are comfortable managing a large project team as well as handling tasks independently.

• Learn and become a steward of our standards to bring Solace to fruition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or any high-pressure job that demanded organization and performance.

• Outstanding planning skills and proficiency in using Notion.

• An intrinsic understanding of the elements necessary to realize a plan.

• Excellent communication skills that facilitate collaboration with executive teams to actualize visions.

• Experience in a fast-paced and chaotic environment.

• A strong inclination towards action and execution. You feel restless if you are not accomplishing tasks.
