This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Arrange and coordinate calls with clients and stakeholders through email or phone communications.
β’ Distribute one-to-many messages to clients, adhering to the directives provided by the coordination team.
β’ Reach out to clients who require modifications to their support channel.
β’ Revise contact details in the Gainsight system, ensuring the information remains accurate and current.
β’ Background in customer service with an emphasis on achieving targets and meeting deadlines;
β’ Strong analytical skills to track and interpret operational data;
β’ Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
β’ Versatile communication skills to engage with various customer profiles and internal teams;
β’ Initiative and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks at once.
