This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide general administrative support throughout the organization
• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments
• Create documents, reports, and business communications
• Ensure filing systems and records are well-organized
• Perform basic research and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Update CRM systems and maintain operational databases
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding routine issues
• Assist with onboarding processes and account setup tasks
• Record, monitor, and manage internal support requests
• Aid in user account and access management
• Keep data accurate and up-to-date across internal systems
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or similar support position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is highly beneficial
• Strong attention to detail, dedicated to accuracy and producing high-quality work
• Well-organized, dependable, and skilled at managing time and responsibilities
• Confident in working independently while balancing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, or methods
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with good grammar and spelling.
