Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential sellers to arrange property walkthroughs

• Present offers to sellers

• Deliver purchase agreements to sellers

• Forward signed agreements to the title company

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of cold callers as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients in the pipeline

• Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings

• Proven experience as a liaison between homeowners and buyers
