Operations and Community Associate, Japanese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the acquisition process for Evaluators targeted for upcoming missions in designated operational areas.

• Ensure that the scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects adhere to company standards.

• Confirm that field surveys are submitted electronically on schedule and meet our quality and quantity standards.

• Conduct screenings and validations of surveys.

• Determine appropriate compensation rates for evaluations while ensuring operational margin targets are met.

• Assist in optimizing the Evaluators Database and ensure data is kept up-to-date.

• Foster and maintain healthy relationships with Evaluators.

• Ensure the finance team has all necessary payment information from evaluators to facilitate timely payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in Retail/Project Coordination and/or Client Servicing.

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with excellent communication skills in English, as you will serve as the primary contact for Evaluators.

• Proficient in social media and technology, whether personally or professionally.

• Required skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with other software is a plus!

• Interest in and experience with social media outreach and community management.

• Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate project activities effectively. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Resourceful, proactive, and equipped with a problem-solving mindset. Competence in handling details and time-sensitive matters.

• A passionate, positive, and outgoing demeanor. Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
