This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for recognizing, preventing, and mitigating churn (customer attrition) within the Omie Cash customer segment.

• Proactive in reaching out to customers identified as at risk of disengagement in the database, understanding their concerns, and ensuring their retention.

• Reactive in swiftly addressing customer support issues to resolve complaints effectively.

• Preventive by leveraging data analysis to identify customers exhibiting early indicators of potential churn.

• Development of technology and tools to enhance retention strategies.

• Technological innovation: Assess and implement new technologies and tools that can enhance retention performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines;

• Understanding of sales and customer retention strategies and methodologies;

• Advanced analytical capabilities and knowledge of banking regulations;

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for collaborating across various teams;

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and dedicated to ongoing learning.
