Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

• Analyze account activities and make well-informed decisions utilizing AI-supported analysis.

• Detect fraudulent activities and identify patterns of suspicious behavior.

• Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency or mitigate risks.

• Achieve a balance between compliance and user experience by leveraging AI to analyze extensive datasets.

• Minimum of 2 years in an operational, compliance, or similar position.
