Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the shipment calendar and schedule for MPDV.

• Implement the dispatch strategy for materials based on type and intended recipient.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that billing information for MPDV recipients is current.

• Monitor and manage shipments to guarantee timely delivery to recipients.

• Initiate requests for billing and product shipments related to trade activities.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized and proactive in approach.

• Familiarity with controls, processes, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
