Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire client renewal process: monitor essential dates, coordinate outreach efforts, draft renewal Statements of Work (SOWs), and facilitate document progression to client signatures.

• Keep organized notes, follow-up reminders, and process documentation to ensure client-facing teams are synchronized and prepared.

• Assist with time tracking validation and reporting to guarantee accuracy for client billing and internal assessments.

• Maintain Google Sheets to aid in forecasting, renewals, monthly invoicing, and providing operational insights.

• Identify and document enhancements within Client Operations to create more repeatable and scalable workflows.

• Produce precise hardware and software quotes utilizing distributor portals and vendor partner programs.

• Handle purchase orders and collaborate with vendors to ensure prompt delivery; proactively inform clients and internal stakeholders regarding order status.

• Oversee client software license renewals across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, and Meraki.

• Keep comprehensive records of quotes, orders, and vendor agreements in Halo PSA and Google Drive.

• Efficiently and professionally resolve order discrepancies and procurement inquiries.

• Assist with the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and daily management of Halo PSA.

• Proficient in Google Sheets: comfortable with data organization, tracking, and generating clear reports.

• Analytical thinker willing to gain familiarity with the technical products and solutions we offer.

• Experience with CRMs, PSA tools, or other operational/documentation systems is advantageous.
