This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Assist in the comprehensive operational execution of audit engagements spanning all service lines (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, FedRAMP).
• Oversee engagement setup, intake tracking, and workflow management within internal project management systems.
• Track engagement milestones, highlight timeline risks, and support resource and deadline monitoring.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure the timely delivery of client-facing and internal outputs.
• Aid in client onboarding logistics, including system access configuration and documentation preparation.
• Recognize and document operational challenges while suggesting actionable process enhancements.
• Assist in the upkeep and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation repositories.
• Support internal quality control assessments to ensure deliverables align with firm standards.
• Participate in the implementation of operational process modifications and new tools across delivery teams.
• Gather, organize, and maintain operational data for internal reporting and leadership dashboards.
• Monitor key operational KPIs such as engagement utilization, project timelines, and team capacity.
• Generate regular status reports and ad hoc analyses for the Director of Operations and senior leadership.
• Uphold data integrity across internal systems, ensuring records are updated and accurate.
• Maintain and revise internal tools including project tracking platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and collaboration systems.
• Provide operational assistance for compliance automation platforms (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Secureframe).
• Aid in the assessment and adoption of new technologies that improve team efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between audit delivery, client success, HR, and finance teams to facilitate coordinated operations.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by Operations leadership.
• Contribute to the development of internal training materials, onboarding documentation, and knowledge base resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, audit support, or a comparable role.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, audit, or a compliance-adjacent environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, PCI DSS) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, generating reports, and recognizing trends.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work.
