Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze the company's data, create reports, and implement procedural enhancements to boost organizational efficiency.

• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with senior management.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to align operational performance with financial results.

• Lead and engage in cross-departmental projects designed to improve operational capabilities and meet business objectives.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to foster continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process enhancement, or a comparable role, preferably in the environmental solutions or specialty containment sector.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and knowledgeable about ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with various levels of management.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting and handle multiple priorities effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and precision in work.
