This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Recognize and implement improvements for the reporting and tracking of program operations.
• Create and optimize Excel-based tools for client and program deliverables.
• Develop project timelines and oversee essential milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide updates on ongoing and forthcoming tasks.
• Collaborate with support departments and potentially the client to finalize projects and enhancements.
• Discover automation prospects through advanced Excel tools or Information Management development.
• Act as the primary contact for enhancements related to processes, technology, and tools.
• Organize training, process modifications, and reporting capabilities that arise from program enhancements.
• Assist in the rollout of new tools and program features, which includes development, testing, and training.
• Identify and implement ongoing improvement opportunities through advancements in systems and processes.
• Oversee program reporting requirements, including invoicing, data-entry validations, and troubleshooting.
• Train additional staff on reporting functionalities.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in customer service, sales, or an office setting is required.
• A minimum of 2 years in report design and development.
• 1–2 years of experience in client-facing project management.
• Strong skills in customer service and communication.
• Capability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong data-entry skills using tracking systems/databases.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Capability to analyze and interpret data and resolve practical problems.
• Understanding of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
