Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Monitor actions of the EHR Council and escalate any identified risks.

• Assist in addressing complex issues faced by the Council.

• Facilitate swift decision-making within Tier 1 of the Tiered Resolution Pathway.

• Organize and document meetings for VHA EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams, workgroups, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct reviews of project plans with the Oracle Health Integrated Solution Services Engagement Owner (ISS EO) and the EHRM-IO Solution Advisor.

• Keep Co-Leads and Members of the Tier 1 SME Team updated on necessary actions or changes.

• Provide status reports to ensure Tier 1 SME Team Co-Leads are aware of task ownership and actions.

• Update the VHA Leadership team on the activities, issues, needs, and process improvement suggestions of the Tier 1 SME Team.

• Create bi-weekly status reports for the EHRM Council.

• Review the Change Control Log to ensure the Tier 1 SME Team has assessed, revised, and approved requests before they are presented to the Change Control Board for approval.

• Collaborate with the EHRM-IO Solution Advisor/Solution Management Administrator to assist in the workflow designs of SME members.

• Support project management tasks by coordinating multiple activities and project teams, distributing communications, and participating in various SME team events and meetings.

• Work alongside clients to develop, refine, and maintain processes, guidelines, rules, and interdisciplinary structures that align with governmental priorities and facilitate decision-making and task coordination.

• Assist in strategic communications and change management initiatives, which include identifying key stakeholders, creating diverse outreach and communication materials, offering executive communication support, updating and executing a comprehensive communications plan, and developing training materials for stakeholder engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7 years of pertinent experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Capability to engage and interact with executive-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Ability to secure and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Willingness to work onsite in Washington, D.C.
