This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Ensure effective support for operations in Argentina.
• Coordinate administrative processes, including purchasing, supplier management, and invoice payments.
• Provide assistance with Human Resources processes (documentation, onboarding, benefits, coordination with HR).
• Support financial and accounting tasks, including budget tracking and liaising with local accountants.
• Manage and maintain confidential personnel documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate logistical aspects (events, meetings, office arrangements, equipment, facilities).
• Serve as the point of contact with IT for operational support to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and TNC policies.
• Maintain and analyze operational information, generating reports to aid decision-making.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, staff, consultants).
• University degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in coordinating administrative and operational processes.
• Experience in managing suppliers, payments, or basic financial tasks.
• Experience supporting HR processes.
• Experience in report generation and data management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Experience working with diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
