This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance throughout the organization
• Participate in meetings, document key discussion points, and circulate action items
• Oversee schedules, calendars, and coordination of meetings
• Draft business documents, correspondence, and reports
• Conduct fundamental research and maintain systematic records and files
• Manage incoming calls and address general inquiries
• Update and sustain CRM systems and operational documentation
• Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding quotes, follow-ups, and routine inquiries
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including account setup and administration
• Record and monitor internal support requests
• Aid in user account administration and access management
• Ensure that internal systems are accurate and current
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or similar support position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a significant advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
• Highly organized, dependable, and adept at managing time and responsibilities
• Confident in working independently, multitasking, and adhering to tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools, platforms, or ways of operating
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid grammar and spelling
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-equipped home workspace.
