This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• You will serve as an Operations Executive managing client accounts located in London.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing your accounts to a high standard.
• Address issues across your accounts swiftly and efficiently.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure.
• Ensure seamless delivery of our services and operations throughout the business.
• Recruit new cleaners as needed (we have excellent systems in place), although our recruitment team will assist you.
• Manage multiple accounts while coordinating with cleaning teams and clients directly.
• Effective communication is essential through daily video meetings and phone calls.
• Draft contracts with clients.
• Order necessary products and materials.
• Resolve staff-related issues promptly to maintain high standards across accounts.
• Address crisis situations as required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expected to be a team player and report directly to the Head of Operations.
• Capable of conducting numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages, video calls, and emails daily to ensure your cleaners are successfully fulfilling their workflows for clients.
• Proficient in multitasking on various tasks at once to meet deadlines.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (including Docs, email, and calendar).
• Must be a strong executor and task-oriented individual!
• Able to communicate effectively with cleaners and clients at all levels, providing exceptional customer service consistently.
• A high level of proficiency in English is required.
• Willingness to quickly and efficiently learn new software.
• You must possess a relentless attitude and a desire to keep pushing until the job is completed successfully!
• Earn commissions on contract renewals; provide excellent service and receive annual payment on all renewed contracts.
• If our sales team assigns you a new contract, you will be compensated for setting up and deploying this client!
