Operational Training & Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support the creation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of operational training materials, which encompass presentations, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), workflows, job aids, newsletters, announcements, and LMS/e-learning content.

• Convert operational, compliance, underwriting, and technology-related updates into effective, audience-tailored training materials that foster knowledge retention and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the deployment, communication, and acceptance of operational initiatives, workflow improvements, and process enhancements.

• Engage in operational discussions and proactively pinpoint areas where additional communication, clarification, documentation, or training reinforcement could be advantageous.

• Discover opportunities to enhance training effectiveness, learner engagement, adoption rates, and operational consistency through observation, feedback analysis, and process review.

• Aid in conducting live webinars, virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and operational workshops to promote employee development and knowledge transfer.

• Evaluate recurring operational inquiries, support trends, and workflow issues to identify understanding gaps and suggest further training or process clarification.

• Foster the ongoing adoption and efficient use of company systems, operational processes, policies, and workflow expectations.

• Assist in the scheduling, coordination, documentation, and monitoring of training initiatives, projects, and operational enhancement efforts.

• Keep training resources organized and current while managing updates and content within SharePoint, LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, and other training systems.

• Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one (1) year of professional experience in mortgage operations, training, education, onboarding, communications, operational support, process improvement, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability and eagerness to grasp complex operational processes, systems, and regulatory requirements; mortgage industry experience is preferred.

• Preferred experience with Encompass or a similar enterprise workflow management system.

• Desired experience in supporting operational training programs, onboarding initiatives, workflow documentation, or process improvement efforts.

• Strongly preferred experience in utilizing technology solutions, including LMS platforms, SharePoint, virtual training tools, and AI-assisted productivity platforms to improve communication, training effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
