This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, sustain, and enhance automation processes for provisioning, testing, validation, and operational workflows.
• Create and maintain scripts and tools for operational tasks, integrations, monitoring, and repeatable administration.
• Provide support for Linux-based testing and tooling environments, including automation and scripting in Python.
• Ensure the maintenance of cross-site file synchronization and governance of golden images.
• Manage cloud-hosted platforms and services that support OT and related operational workflows.
• Facilitate support for operational networks, remote access services, VPN connectivity, and secure client connections for distributed teams.
• Assist in firewall policy management, segmentation, access controls, and the administration of Palo Alto Panorama, including licensing and updates.
• Oversee GitLab operations, backup and disaster recovery processes, as well as disciplined change and configuration management.
• Monitor alerts across network, platform, backup, and telemetry services while troubleshooting multi-layer operational issues.
• Collaborate with Foundry Operations, Product, Software, vendors, and internal teams to enhance automation, connectivity, supportability, and operational readiness.
• Strong foundational knowledge in networking, including routing, switching, IPSec, VPNs, segmentation, and firewall principles.
• Solid experience in Linux administration.
• Practical scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Background in supporting cloud administration, cloud operations, or SaaS-based infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with VPNs, remote access platforms, and secure connectivity services.
• Familiarity with automation, imaging, or validation platforms in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across software, network, and systems layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a distributed team setting.
• Knowledge of configuration management or automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or CI/CD workflows (preferred).
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (preferred).
• Familiarity with Jira (preferred).
• Background in GitLab administration (preferred).
• Exposure to ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments (preferred).
• Experience in cloud administration, SaaS operations, or distributed management platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with observability, telemetry, and alerting platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI/HPC hardware or high-density rack environments (preferred).
• The technology environment includes Cisco, Palo Alto, Panorama, BGP/OSPF, Linux, Nutanix, GitLab, Jira, Puppet/Ansible, automation tools, and telemetry and alerting platforms.
