This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the current DSS+ specialist team to provide coaching and training.

• Contribute to transforming the safety culture and behaviors within the Dutch facilities of an international company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert in Risk Management and Health & Safety who speaks Dutch.

• Proven experience in delivering coaching to facilitate behavioral change.

• Comprehensive knowledge of operational risk management.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety concerns in hazardous settings.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
