This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill customer requests and address any issues that may arise.
• Assist the sales team by managing the order processing within our internal systems.
• Provide shipment tracking details to customers and Account Managers.
• Collaborate with the Accounting department to support both accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Work alongside customers and manufacturers to manage return requests and order modifications.
• Generate and distribute internal and external reports as required.
• Handle pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations.
• Process requests for shipping labels.
• Undertake additional tasks as necessary.
• Proven experience in pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations within a Value Added Reseller in the Channel is essential.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must.
• Capability to work efficiently and accurately in both independent and team environments.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Quick learner with new systems and software.
• Financial acumen and background are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
