This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Offers coaching to QAD Redzone customers to prepare them for the Connected Teams Coaching.
• Conducts onsite visits at the conclusion of the project management phase prior to coaching.
• Ensures that signals are connected and the visual factory is installed and operational.
• Provides initial software training and assists the customers’ Practice Team in disseminating QAD Redzone knowledge effectively.
• Facilitates a summary session and delivers insights to the internal QAD Redzone team regarding key outputs, participants, and any associated risks.
• Configures and establishes the QAD Redzone software to align with the production processes at the manufacturing client's facility.
• Ensures that manufacturing data is comprehensive and includes all pertinent details, such as product information, equipment specifics, and product run rates.
• Holds extensive knowledge of shop floor environments, workflows, and processes within the Food & Beverage and CPG sectors.
• Takes proactive measures to build and maintain client confidence leading up to the “go-live” date.
• Monitors and ensures quality control by verifying that automation signals from the plant (photoeyes or machine cycles) return to the software, providing accurate, real-time data to QAD Redzone for the advantage of the shop floor team.
• Understands and oversees escalation processes for any critical path items or risk factors that may lead to project delays or subpar outcomes.
• Provides initial QAD Redzone training for management, team leads, and shop floor personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
• Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components to drive production results and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to plan, organize, and effectively operate in a dynamic environment, managing multiple demands from internal teams and clients.
• Capacity to maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and assessment abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet critical path deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in communicating technical networking, wireless, and software requirements.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• BA or BS in relevant fields such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
• At least one year of direct hands-on experience in manufacturing, with previous roles such as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Manager, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
