• Supervises and mentors 5-7 customers concurrently
• Trains customers on workflows within the Redzone software through various 90-day on-site implementations
• Conducts shop-floor Huddles and leadership team Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles on the shop floor
• Monitors performance metrics and customer enhancements throughout the deployment process
• Leads process improvement initiatives and kaizen activities for clients
• Provides constructive feedback to frontline teams and leadership to promote positive behavioral shifts and enhance results
• Facilitates remote weekly meetings to track customer progress
• Identifies remarkable stories and outcomes to celebrate successes with the customer
• Manages project timelines with customers
• Delivers Success Assessments upon the conclusion of projects
• Presents executive summaries and supplies customers with information regarding all Redzone programs
• Addresses customer technical issues as necessary
• Aids customers in determining the next steps in their Redzone journey
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
• Required senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing settings
• Prior experience in direct, hands-on manufacturing roles such as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, or Continuous Improvement Manager
• Experience utilizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components to drive production outcomes and continuous improvement
• Capability to plan, organize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while addressing multiple demands from internal teams and clients
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Good judgment and excellent evaluative skills
• Effective time management skills with the ability to work in a high-paced, rapidly growing environment
• Skill in prioritizing tasks within active projects to meet critical deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable with technology and capable of discussing technical requirements related to networking, wireless, and software
• Willingness to learn software necessary for success in this role
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is desired, but not mandatory
• Must be able to provide proof of a valid state driver’s license
